The European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) is an open-access, supported platform for the management, sharing, integration, archiving and dissemination of sequence data. The archive provides a comprehensive record of the world’s nucleotide sequencing information, covering raw sequencing data, sequence assembly information and functional annotation.

This webinar will introduce you to the data and metadata structures for nucleotides at the ENA. It will support you in learning about how you can submit data to this archive, and retrieve submitted data relevant to your field of work
