Complex Portal is a curated resource designed to offer insights into proteins and their higher-level complexes. These complexes play a crucial role in governing protein functionality and stability.

In this webinar we will introduce the portal and address how we define protein complexes, how they are different from molecular interactions, including the data curation priorities and coverage. We will also demonstrate how to search complexes using a variety of accession numbers, keywords and how to use the organism specific search. Further, we will also demonstrate examples of complex details pages that include visualisation tools and link-outs to related databases.
