e-learning
Regional GAM
Abstract
This tutorial will show you how to study species abundance through the computation of a flight curve, abundance index, and trends. It will explain you how to use different regionalGAM tools on Galaxy allowing you to deal with datasets containing abundance information for various species per site and per date through a couple of years.
