The ELIXIR Federated Human Data Community Day takes place from 19:00 CET on Thursday 16 November (with an optional dinner) to 16:00 CET on Friday 17 November (full-day, hybrid programme). This meeting is planned as a hybrid meeting, with the F2F component in Barcelona, Spain.

The ELIXIR Federated Human Data (FHD) Community aims to support a federated ecosystem of interoperable services that enables population-scale genomic and biomolecular data to be accessible across international borders, accelerating research and improving the health of individuals across Europe.

The meeting will include presentations, breakout sessions, and dedicated “Birds of a Feather” professional networking time. The aim of the FHD Community Day is to bring together members of the ELIXIR FHD Community to share ideas, update on relevant projects happening across Europe and internationally, and provide professional networking time around FHD-related special topics.

This meeting has a limit of in-person attendees, with no limit on virtual participant numbers. Selected invited participants will receive funding to attend the meeting. Details regarding funding and reimbursement will be shared after registration. Please do not book any travel till after you have been notified.

Travel

Once notified of your in-person attendance you will be expected to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements to the venue, reimbursement information will be shared with invited attendees after their successful registration.
